Rich first joined Conard Corporation in 2021 as the Quality Manager and has since moved on to be the Director of Compliance. Rich has spent over 20 years in Production Quality and the last 13 years in various Quality Management roles with experience in ISO9001, AS9100, and IATF16949 requirements. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications from Framingham State University and his MBA from Elms College, he has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (also, currently working on Six Sigma Black Belt) from Central CT State University. Rich served for 10 years in the Massachusetts Army National Guard and is a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom.
