Tom joined Conard in 2015 bringing over 30 years of experience in plating and etching process engineering to plants in the US and South East Asia supplying the semiconductor industry. Tom’s duties include driving continuous improvement, process control, electroforming, and First Article Inspection. Tom has a BS in Chemistry from UConn.
